Setting up FAQs
Should I do the cleanse while on my menstrual cycle?
We recommend the digestive as well as the circulatory infusions be done when your body is not under stress. As such, we suggest you avoid doing the digestive or the circulatory cleanse during your menstrual cycle.
I feel under the weather, should I still do the cleanse?
We do not recommend doing the digestive or the circulatory infusions if you are feeling sick, if you are pregnant or during your menstrual cycle. Consult your doctor or health practitioner before taking the digestive and circulatory infusions if you are undergoing particular treatment or have been prescribed specific medications.
How often should I use each infusion?
The digestive infusion should only be taken twine a year; ideally early to mid spring and early fall. Although it may be taken throughout the year.
The circulatory infusion may be taken once every 3 to 4 months or when you are feeling the need due to excessive inflammation or joint pain.
The respiratory infusion can be taken more regularly, especially for those living in urban centers and are subjected to air contaminants. We recommend you take this infusion also after recovering from Covid or seasonal flues.
The hair & skin infusion is recommended for daily use.
Can I take two infusions at the same time?
We do not recommend taking the digestive and respiratory system infusions at the same time. Other infusions may be taken together. For example, you may take the circulatory infusion or the digestive infusion together with the respiratory system infusions.
